FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Please have a look through our FAQs before emailing us. If your question isn't answered here, get in touch via Contact.

How does shipping work?

✔︎ We don't hold stock. Every piece is printed or embroidered for you at our production partner in Cologne-Ehrenfeld only after you order. Your order is usually with you within 7 to 14 days. You'll get a confirmation email after ordering, and tracking details once your parcel leaves production.

If no confirmation arrives within 24 hours, please check your spam folder – our system sometimes takes a little longer.

If your order hasn't arrived after 14 days, just get in touch. We reply quickly.

What does shipping cost?

✔︎ €4.99 to Germany and other EU countries, €9.90 to Switzerland. Free shipping everywhere on orders of €69 or more.

We ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.

Are there customs charges on deliveries to Switzerland?

✔︎ Usually not for single items: small consignments remain exempt from import tax as long as the import tax stays below CHF 5 – which corresponds to a goods value of roughly CHF 60. On larger orders, import tax and a handling fee charged by the carrier may apply, payable by the recipient.

Do I have a right of withdrawal?

✔︎ Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase – even though we only produce your piece after you order. The exact conditions and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal terms. Return shipping costs are yours to cover.

If something went wrong in production or your item arrives damaged, that's not a withdrawal case at all: just write to us and we'll replace it.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

✔︎ Once you order, the job goes straight into production, so we usually can't stop it. Still, get in touch as soon as you can – sometimes something can be done. And either way, your right of withdrawal applies once the goods reach you.

Producing only after you order also means no overproduction and no warehouse stock that ends up being thrown away.

Is your clothing overpriced?

✔︎ Our prices come from the quality of the materials and production in Germany. We work with organic cotton and certified suppliers (OEKO-Tex Standard 100, FairWear Foundation, GRS). You'll notice the difference the first time you hold a piece.
