How does shipping work?

✔︎ Usually all orders are delivered within 7-14 days . After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you don't get an email within 24 hours, don't worry. We are often sold out and our systems sometimes need a day to catch up.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please feel free to contact us. We reply very quickly.

Is there a right of withdrawal?

✔︎ No, since your order is specially manufactured for you, the 14-day right of return expires. In case of errors during production, the items can of course be exchanged.

Our customer service may ask you some obligatory questions about the return. This way we can avoid that our system is exploited.

Can I cancel the order after I've placed it?

✔︎ Once you have gone through the entire ordering process and the order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled. This is because our manufacturing partner receives the order directly.

This process minimizes the delivery time for our customers and only produces as much as is needed.

Are your clothes overpriced?

✔︎ Our clothes are worth every penny. Our price is based exclusively on the high material quality and production in Germany. You'll know exactly what we mean the first time you pick it up and use it.
