Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
We don't hold stock. Every piece is printed or embroidered for you at our production partner Shirtee in Cologne-Ehrenfeld only after you order. It takes a little longer than off-the-shelf goods – but nothing is overproduced.
Delivery time
Your order is usually with you within 7 to 14 days. Depending on how busy production is, it can occasionally take longer. If you need a piece by a specific date, for example for a festival, please order well in advance.
You will receive a confirmation email after ordering. As soon as your parcel leaves production, you will get tracking details. If no confirmation arrives within 24 hours, please also check your spam folder.

- Switzerland: €9.90
Free shipping everywhere on orders of €69 or more.
All prices include statutory VAT.
Delivery areas
We ship to Germany as well as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.
Deliveries to Switzerland
Switzerland is not part of the EU, so every consignment is subject to customs clearance. For single items this usually does not create any additional cost: small consignments remain exempt from import tax as long as the import tax stays below CHF 5 – which corresponds to a goods value of roughly CHF 60.
On larger orders, import tax and a handling fee charged by the carrier may apply. These costs are borne by the recipient and are not included in the shipping price.
Damaged or faulty delivery
If something went wrong in production or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at harderstylesonly@gmail.com. We will take care of it.
